We want to comment also on the driver and 2 men that loaded our furniture Monday Dec. 2, 2013 in New Bern and delivered to storage in Mechanicsville, VA on Dec. 3, 2013. They were very professional and yet friendly as Jack Holt (Sales Representative) was. Today when the furniture was to be delivered into a storage unit we had difficulty getting the unit open. They patiently waited for 2 hrs and then unloaded our furniture as carefully as they loaded the furniture. Our experience with DeHaven's have been rewarding in the customer service aspect.
